Benito arrived with his partner Palmira. He also comes from Albiñana and was rescued by Fabrice and Carmen. His story is similar to that of Palmira, since they were together on the same plot.

His state of health is unbeatable. He has an adequate weight and his basic needs are all covered. Benito is “careto” and is shod on all four legs, without a doubt a coat of hair unusual in donkeys.

He is currently a breeding male, which means that at the moment he cannot be with the rest of the team, since the stallion position in the herd is covered by Vivaldi.

Benito has a slightly distrustful character, probably due to his complicated past, but little by little he is appreciating human contact. We are in the process of rehabilitating him so that he can be on the team. It won’t be an easy job, but over time we are sure he’ll make it.
